The Mexican driver, a victim of a dramatic crash during the qualifying session of the Grand Prix, will spend the night at the Princess Grace Hospital in Monte-Carlo. Sergio P\u00e9rez has no serious injuries but will not be able to race with his fellow drivers tomorrow.<\/p>\n
\u00ab Of course, we are relieved that Sergio is not seriously injured. Until the accident, he was performing well in qualifying, even better than expected as he was doing better than his direct competitors, \u00bb says Peter Sauber.<\/p>\n
\u00ab We are studying what happened. Nothing currently indicates, from the data we have, that there was a problem with the car. But we need to talk to Sergio to further investigate what happened, \u00bb explains James Key, the director of the Swiss team.<\/p>\n
