According to the HRT driver, Alonso is still the best Formula 1 driver on the current grid, even though Vettel has been dominating the sport for two years.<\/p>\n<p>I clearly think that Alonso is still the best, and if not the best, then the most complete. I think he&#8217;s doing a great job at Ferrari by pushing his car to the limit, Vitantonio Liuzzi told <i>Marca<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian veteran also named his teammate Daniel Ricciardo as the driver with the most potential for the coming years. Liuzzi also discussed his future with the Spanish newspaper and believes he can be much more competitive next season.<\/p>\n<p>We are clearly much more competitive (in 2012). The change of ownership delayed the progress we hoped for this season, but the groundwork, which is so important, has been much better for the next car.
