The 2008 world champion, Kimi R\u00e4ikk\u00f6nen, slammed the door on Formula 1 after a disappointing 2009 season driving a sluggish Ferrari.<\/p>\n

After trying his luck in the World Rally Championship and NASCAR, the Finnish driver seems eager to reignite his career by returning to his first love, Formula 1.<\/p>\n

The Williams team, in search of a new momentum, would welcome the arrival of R\u00e4ikk\u00f6nen to their team. Besides the fact that this alliance would bring visibility and attractive sponsorship for the men from Grove, Adam Parr, president of Williams, believes that the Finn would energize the team. He is also full of praise for him: I think everyone knows that Kimi is one of the most talented drivers who has been in Formula 1 in recent years.
