The American team believes that there were multiple abuses by Red Bull, Williams, and Aston Martin. None of the drivers accused by Haas had been penalized.<\/p>\n<p>The FIA has agreed to hear Haas&#8217; request and has decided to summon the three teams involved in the appeal. The federation has sent a joint statement to Red Bull, Williams, and Aston Martin. \u00ab The team representative is required to appear before the stewards on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM CET in relation to the aforementioned elements \u00bb, it is specified. \u00ab The hearing will take place virtually via video conference, the details of which will be provided through a separate communication. Any other &#8220;interested party&#8221; may request permission from the stewards to appear. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>A two-part audience<\/h2>\n<p>The offenses mentioned by Haas concern Article 14.3 of the FIA International Sporting Code. Having been successful, the teams will meet via video conference to analyze the images once again. The FIA will review the onboard cameras of the drivers. \u00ab The first part will aim to hear evidence to determine if there is a &#8220;significant and relevant new element that was not available to the party requesting the Review at the time of the decision&#8221; \u00bb, as specified in the statements.<\/p>\n<p>If an offense is observed and it is sufficient to be sanctioned, a second hearing will take place at a later date to be determined by the FIA.<\/p>\n<h2>The FIA commits to 2024<\/h2>\n<p>The current situation has led the FIA to take measures. Haas has attributed the problem to a &#8220;loophole&#8221; in the regulations.
