Nevertheless, the game is worth the candle as the current negotiations are for a duration of 10 years, covering the period from 2014 to 2024. While everyone agrees on the need for the works, the question arises regarding the distribution of funding among the different parties involved, namely the federal government of Ottawa, the government of Quebec, the Montreal tourism office, and the City of Montreal.<\/p>\n

The 15 million required for the circuit renovation is justified. Mr. Ecclestone wants to ensure that the facilities are in good condition, which is normal. These negotiations are taking place in a context where the Quebec city will no longer be the only destination in North America, with the arrival this year of Austin and next year of New Jersey.
