\u00ab We worked hard during the race today, so it’s nice to be rewarded with a point. It was a very physically demanding race and there was no downtime because I had Mark [Webber] in my mirrors during the second half of the race. It was a great battle, with a lot of pressure, but fortunately I was able to stay ahead of him, which wasn’t easy with the DRS on the main straight.<\/p>\n
Given my starting position, it’s good to score a point and I don’t think we could have hoped for more from the race. The team did an excellent job in the pits and with the strategy, so I’m happy with what we achieved today.<\/p>\n
Paul Di Resta \u2013 14th:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab I am disappointed not to have finished higher so I could fight for the points because my race seemed promising at the start. But I lost positions, so we need to analyze why our performance with the hard tires did not meet our expectations.<\/p>\n
During the second part of the race, I mainly fought with the Toro Rosso cars, but they were on soft tires while I was on hard tires, and it was impossible to keep them behind me.<\/p>\n
I think it’s just one of those races where it didn’t work out for me, so we’re going to try to come back stronger in Monaco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Force India will not leave the Spanish Grand Prix empty-handed thanks to Nico H\u00fclkenberg, who held off Mark Webber towards the end of the race to seize the point for tenth place.
