\u00ab It wasn’t an easy session for us. The car wasn’t performing well on the hard tires. The balance wasn’t good during free practice 1, but we found a better solution during free practice 2. However, it’s still not as good as it should be, and we need to work on the settings. We are a bit behind our opponents due to the KERS. I had the opportunity to follow some cars, but as soon as they use their KERS, it has such an effect here in Japan. We need to see what we can do tomorrow and try to close the gap by finding a way to improve the car both on long runs and in qualifying. \u00bb<\/p>\n

We completed the full program but we’re not quite where we want to be yet and we were missing a few tenths today. Considering that, it’s positive that the new floor on Timo’s car seems to be working properly, and I’ll benefit from that tomorrow.
