Now settled in Barcelona for two weeks of private testing, the Formula 1 teams and their drivers will continue their preparation work for the season.<\/p>\n

As Motors Inside is present in the paddock at the Catalunya circuit for these tests, as in Jerez, we offer you a live text update hosted by our team of editors to make you experience this second day of testing. Feel free to participate in this live session by asking us questions throughout the day.<\/p>\n

For this third day, we will see Fernando Alonso driving the F138 for the third consecutive day, Nico Rosberg, author of the best time on the first day, in his Mercedes, Nico H\u00fclkenberg at the wheel of the Sauber, and at Williams, both drivers as it was decided to split the day with the morning assigned to Pastor Maldonado and the afternoon to Valtteri Bottas.<\/p>\n

But there is also something new today as Mark Webber will don the Red Bull suit for the first time in these tests, just like Jenson Button who will succeed Sergio P\u00e9rez at McLaren, who set the fastest lap on the second day<\/a>. Romain Grosjean will have work to do to make up for the time Lotus lost on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jean-Eric Vergne will be in the cockpit of the Toro Rosso, Giedo van der Garde for Caterham, and Luiz Razia at the wheel of the Marussia.<\/p>\n
