\u00ab I was really satisfied with my last sector, whereas in the past it was a bit of a weak point for me. But finally, after the last few years, I’ve finally understood how to better navigate the last corners. I’m quite happy given that yesterday and this morning I wasn’t really feeling good, particularly in the last sector, but we improved the car. We had a fairly calm qualifying session, opting for a different approach from others by only using the option tires [the Medium tires, editor’s note], we have to wait until tomorrow to see if it helps us or not, but it’s going to be an interesting race that will revolve a lot around tire degradation. It’s good to start at this level on the grid, so we’ll see what we can do tomorrow. \u00bb<\/p>\n

The qualifications went well today apart from Q3. I was disappointed with my lap in Q3 and lost quite a bit of time in the last sector; I am usually quite strong here, but I had issues with the rear. Qualifications are really tricky these days and you have to put everything together. So, in the end, I’m disappointed with my last lap, but I was happy with everything else.
