We are back with the soft tires here, which provide a good level of grip, but they have a high level of degradation. They are enjoyable to drive and will be very good qualifying tires, but long stints are quite challenging. The medium tires are performing well and very consistent, so there is a good combination for the race. \u00bb<\/p>\n

A rather tricky session with a lot to think about overnight. There’s room to improve our setup as I’m not as comfortable as usual. The stints we did with the two types of tires gave us enough data to understand the impact of introducing the new rear tires.
