Jules Bianchi – 20th and 21st:<\/b><\/p>\n
We are not where we need to be at this point in the weekend and I think we are going to have to fight in the race tomorrow on a circuit that is demanding anyway. Even though I made a mistake in the last corner of my quick lap and lost a few tenths, I would not have been able to get ahead of the Caterhams today anyway. We have certainly improved this weekend, but we need to get more out of the car and we haven’t managed to do that. Tomorrow will be a tough experience for the drivers and the team, so we must have confidence that our strategy will allow us to reward all our efforts.<\/p>\n
Max Chilton – 21st and 22nd:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab It has been quite a difficult weekend for us here so far and we have had to fight to find every performance gain on the car. Unfortunately, it is not enough to get ahead of the Caterhams tomorrow. What makes me positive is my pace compared to my teammate, especially because we made a mistake that cost me time on my fast lap. My goal has been to try to improve my qualifying pace and it’s good to see that the work is paying off here.
