Adam Cooper writes on his blog that it could therefore be the Forza Rossa team that may be present on the circuits in 2015, a project set up by Ion Bazac, the official Ferrari importer in Romania.<\/p>\n<p>The Romanian team would be led by Colin Kolles, former director of HRT, the Spanish team that ceased operations after the 2012 season due to a lack of buyers and sufficient funds. Kolles has facilities in Germany that would allow the development of the Romanian single-seaters.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the powertrain, two options are mentioned. The first suggests that Ferrari would be the<\/p>\n<p>More likely given Bazac&#8217;s ties with the Maranello firm.
