Following Andre Lotterer’s refusal to participate in the Italian Grand Prix without being able to compete in all the free practice sessions, Caterham F1 was forced to recall Kamui Kobayashi. The Japanese driver is thus back in Monza to reform the team’s driver duo from the beginning of the season alongside Marcus Ericsson.<\/p>\n
