A 12th fastest time in FP2, that’s something to cheer up Romain Grosjean. The Lotus is visibly more comfortable on twistier tracks: \u00ab The car performed well today. The Venezuelan once again hit the wall during free practice. A chassis of the E22 will need to be rebuilt. Maldonado acknowledges that it was a driving error: \u00ab The balance was quite tight when the tires were a bit too worn, and I lost the car in the middle of the corner. The exit was then quite close, but there was nowhere to go, so that was the end of my run. It was a mistake, the car was too unstable and I lost it in the corner \u00bb.<\/p>\n
