The report produced by Charlie Whiting has been forwarded to this group, led by Peter Wright, the president of the FIA Safety Commission, according to Autosport.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Jean-Louis Valentin, the secretary-general for motorsport, sent an email to all team managers this week.
