{"id":14070,"date":"2014-11-26T15:51:41","date_gmt":"2014-11-26T15:51:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/19157-towards-abandonment-of-standing-starts-after-safety-cars-double-points"},"modified":"2014-11-26T15:51:41","modified_gmt":"2014-11-26T15:51:41","slug":"19157-towards-abandonment-of-standing-starts-after-safety-cars-double-points","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/19157-towards-abandonment-of-standing-starts-after-safety-cars-double-points","title":{"rendered":"Towards the abandonment of standing starts after safety cars and double points?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The German publication <i>Auto Motor und Sport<\/i> indicated that the F1 Commission would have decided to abandon double points for the last race of the season as well as standing starts after the safety car.<\/p>\n<p>The F1 Commission is a body composed of all stakeholders in the discipline &#8211; FIA, commercial rights holders, teams, sponsors, engine manufacturers, suppliers, etc. &#8211; responsible for proposing regulatory changes ahead of the World Motor Sport Council meeting, which will be held in early December.<\/p>\n<p>The body is said to have made several decisions for the upcoming season.
