Following the judgment and the rejected appeal, Sauber is obliged to have the Dutchman race. Doubts still linger concerning the driver&#8217;s Super License.<\/p>\n<p>A damaging image for F1, but completely understandable for Nico H\u00fclkenberg, who supported Giedo van der Garde. &#8220;I think they&#8217;ve signed with four drivers, but they only have two cars,&#8221; H\u00fclkenberg explains to the BBC. &#8220;That&#8217;s not what should have been done. Giedo wants what he was promised and what he signed and paid for. He is within his rights.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Having passed through Sauber in 2013, H\u00fclkenberg is well aware of the difficulties faced by the Swiss team.
