Only a few laps during the first free practice session in the morning were credited to the two Haas drivers. Although both managed to complete a timed lap, it is not truly significant given how disastrous the weather conditions were.<\/p>\n

It was not a good afternoon for anyone, for us, for the spectators and the viewers, and all those who got up early in Europe to see us. We managed to do a few laps in the morning, which is better than nothing, and we have a small idea of the work we need to do and where we need to go. We had planned to try that during FP2, but we couldn’t run. Saturday is going to be a very busy day. The car doesn’t seem too bad, which is encouraging. We’ll see how things unfold during the weekend.<\/p>\n
