George Russell and Robert Kubica will have the heavy task of bringing Williams back into the pack, and 2019 could be crucial for Claire Williams&#8217; team.<\/p>\n<p>Alas, 2019 seems to be shaping up to be tough for the British team, which is experiencing financial problems that can be explained by the departure of many sponsors such as Martini and the loss of funding from its two former drivers, Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin. Moreover, the new FW42 does not seem to be ready for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>Claire Williams, director of Williams F1 Team, stated in a press release: \u00ab Unfortunately, we had to postpone the start of our pre-season testing in Barcelona to Tuesday morning. The winter at Grove has been extremely busy, and we have been preparing the FW42 for the upcoming season.
