Jody Scheckter, Formula 1 world champion in 1979, is auctioning off 7 F1 cars used in Grand Prix races from his private collection, including the victorious Ferrari 312 T4 from 1979. The South African driver won 10 world championship races out of 111 starts during a prominent career spanning from 1972 to 1980. This sale will be organized by RM Sotheby's in Monaco next May.

Haas intentionally asked its driver Kevin Magnussen to maintain a relatively slow pace for several laps in order to allow his teammate to pit and gain positions during that stop.
