Team Lotus is delighted with their Singapore Grand Prix as thanks to Heikki Kovalainen's 16th place, they managed to finish ahead of Petrov's LRGP. Jarno Trulli, on the other hand, experienced a more eventful Grand Prix after being hit by Alguersuari and then had to retire due to a gearbox problem.
