The clothing brand AlphaTauri becomes the official supplier of F1
Formula 1 has chosen the fashion brand AlphaTauri to supply uniforms for its staff and has signed a multi-year contract.
AlphaTauri has signed a long-term contract with Formula 1, with the brand being named the official supplier of high-end fashion clothing. In doing so, AlphaTauri will be responsible for creating the uniforms for Formula 1 staff.
Created in 2016, the brand made its mark in F1 when its big sister Red Bull decided to rename the team Toro Rosso.
The president of Formula 1, Stefano Domenicali, made the announcement. We are pleased to announce that AlphaTauri will be the supplier of clothing for Formula 1. Their modern and stylish outfits will be worn by our staff during the races, stated Domenicali. Formula 1 is the perfect environment to develop fashion in a unique landscape of sport and entertainment.
At the same time, the CEO of AlphaTauri, Ahmet Mercan, also expressed his delight at this contract. Fashion and Formula 1 have formed an extraordinary symbiosis for several decades.
