The F1 launches its traveling exhibition
Named F1 Exhibition due to the growing popularity of the sport, this traveling exhibition will allow the public to learn more about the history of Formula 1.
Formula 1 comes in many formats. Series, books, films, and now exhibitions. The last format mentioned is the brand new idea launched by F1.
The exhibition called F1 Exhibition will be traveling and immersive, allowing visitors to discover the discipline that has just celebrated its 72nd anniversary. Insights into its future will also be presented.
This was made possible thanks to the production company Round Room Studios, with whom a partnership was signed. To animate and create this brand-new animation, Formula 1 turned to specialized journalists and historians.
During the visit, the dates for ticket sales and exhibition locations will be announced in the fall. The public will have the opportunity to discover items that have made their mark in sports, legendary Formula 1 cars, and even unpublished films.
A show with immersive technologies.
The Formula 1 has experienced explosive growth in recent years, and our growing fan base is at the heart of everything we do. The launch of a world-class international exhibition for fans around the world to discover and enjoy, led by a top-notch production company, is a natural next step for our sport, says Brandon Snow, the F1’s commercial director since the beginning of the year.
Tim Harvey, the lead producer and managing associate of Round Room Studios, explains that the show combines new immersive technologies that bring the stories of Formula 1 to life in a spectacular way. The producer indicates that the preparation of this exhibition required three years of work with the support of drivers, teams, and designers.
