Belgian Grand Prix – Reactions from the Top 3: Carlos Sainz
Carlos Sainz may have had a great start from the pole position, but he could never stop the Max Verstappen steamroller. He settled for third place.
Carlos Sainz (3rd in the Belgian Grand Prix): Unfortunately, it was not the race we were hoping for. I had a good start, the first two laps were good…and then, after that, I lost my rhythm. Nevertheless, it’s still a podium, which is good for the team. We were strong in the beginning, but we really had to survive the race against the Red Bulls. We believe that Monza will be a track that suits us much better.
