Canal+ will broadcast a documentary about Jean Todt
The former boss of the FIA, Jean Todt, has opened his doors to the cameras of Canal+. The encrypted channel will broadcast a documentary on November 13th.
He is a major figure in Formula 1. He first started in rally as a co-driver before becoming the director of the Scuderia Ferrari in 1993. He then evolved into the position of administrative director between 2004 and 2008. Within the Italian team, he won 14 driver and constructor championships.
One year later, he is elected as the president of the FIA, defeating Ari Vatanen. He is reappointed to the same position in 2013 and in 2017. Having reached the limit of three consecutive terms, the Frenchman announces his departure from his position in December 2021.
Since then, he has retired from the global automotive scene, but remains attentive to Formula 1. The Cantal native has gained a reputation for succeeding wherever he has gone. It is for this reason that the cameras of Canal + and Amandine Morhaïm followed him for a year.
“Knowing how he managed to win everywhere he went becomes evident”, the journalist announces on Twitter. The documentary named “The Method” will be broadcasted on November 13th at 9 PM on the encrypted channel.
