Kevin Magnussen returns to endurance racing at the Abu Dhabi 12 Hours
The Danish driver will return to endurance racing next weekend on the Yas Marina circuit at the wheel of a Ferrari 488 GT3.
After an unexpected but successful return to Formula 1, notably with a pole position achieved on the Sao Paulo circuit, Haas driver Kevin Magnussen will be doing a stint in endurance racing at the Abu Dhabi 12-hour race.
Magnussen will have a special teammate for the occasion, specifically his father Jan. This will be the second time that the Magnussen family shares the wheel. The previous time was during the 2021 24 Hours of Le Mans. To support the Danish duo, American Mark Kvamme has been appointed.
For this 12-hour race, the Ferrari 488 GT3 is entered by the AF Corse team, which is traveling with no less than 6 cars for the occasion. There is no doubt that the team supported by Scuderia is making the trip to compete for the win.
