She only experienced half a season of Formula 1. The Ferrari 643 was introduced by the Scuderia halfway through the 1991 season, at the French Grand Prix. Jean Alesi and Alain Prost were behind the wheel. The engine produced 710 horsepower at 13,800 rpm and went through a seven-speed semi-automatic gearbox, a technology that Ferrari had developed two years earlier.
On February 1st, it will be chassis 127, driven by the native of Avignon, which will be for sale. With this vehicle, the French driver achieves a fourth place finish at Le Castellet and has to retire at Silverstone after a collision. This car is once again used at the end of the year by Gianni Morbidelli, in Australia.

According to RM Sotheby’s, the Ferrari 643 could fetch between 2.9 and 3.4 million euros.
