Bahrain Winter Testing: All the Best Times
The three days of testing in Bahrain are now complete. At the end of these 24 cumulative hours of running, discover the best time of each driver.
The teams were able to experience very diverse conditions during these three days. Unusually for Bahrain, rain made an appearance on the circuit. The drivers had to contend with track temperatures sometimes dropping below 20°C, as well as with wind.
Other more occasional disruptions: a bird, broken glass, a power outage, or even a bus disrupted the testing sessions.
The best times of the drivers
If the results obviously depend on the instructions given by the teams to their drivers, the weather conditions, and many other technical parameters, certain trends are emerging: Ferrari holds the second and third best times, while Williams manages to get both its drivers into the top 6. Carlos Sainz indeed performed miracles with his Williams, setting the fastest time in practice. Conversely, Sauber and Haas share the bottom of the rankings: both teams occupy the four last places. The two Racing Bulls are neck and neck, although Tsunoda and Hadjar used different tires to achieve their respective best times. The detailed times below.
