The TV schedule and times for the Mexican Grand Prix 2024

At the heart of the triptych with the United States and Brazil, the Mexican Grand Prix welcomes Formula 1 drivers and teams this weekend for the twentieth round of the 2024 season. Due to the time difference, the various sessions will once again take place in the evening. Return to a classic race format in Mexican lands after the sprint format in Austin, which will return next week in Sao Paulo.

The outcome of this season is approaching and it is overflowing with stakes on many levels. The battle between Max Verstappen, last year’s winner, and Lando Norris could continue on the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez track, demanding due to its high altitude (2,300 meters, the highest on the calendar). Ferrari could draw inspiration from Leclerc’s victory at Monza, on a circuit also featuring high-speed sections, to replicate a similar performance in Austin (double win). Could this shake up the standings in the heights of the drivers’ and constructors’ standings?

Mercedes will also be keen to bounce back after a difficult weekend in Texas. Young drivers Colapinto and Lawson will hope to score points again, unless Haas and Alpine, who showed promising signs last weekend, prevent them from making the Top 10. Finally, Mexican fans, who have never disappointed since the return of their Grand Prix in 2015, will be rooting for local driver Sergio Pérez. The Mexican, the only member of the Top 8 who has not won this season, will want to make up for his retirement last year.

To not miss anything of this Mexican Grand Prix, be sure to remember to set your watch after the switch to winter time on Saturday night to Sunday. Note that the race will be broadcast live on C8.
