After three editions held at the Stade de France, the Race of Champions is taking place at Wembley this year. In the absence of Sébastien Loeb, Marcus Grönholm, the Solberg brothers, and Alister McRae will represent the world of rallying.
Sixteen drivers are invited to ignite the new Wembley. Marcus Grönholm, Petter and Henning Solberg (second, fifth, and sixth in the WRC) as well as Alister McRae (former official driver for Subaru, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi) will challenge a few other champions including Andy Priaulx (WTCC), Michael Schumacher (F1), Jimmie Johnson (NASCAR), Travis Pastrana (X Games), Sébastien Bourdais (Champ Car), and Tom Kristensen (24 Hours of Le Mans). They will attempt to beat Mattias Ekström, the defending champion.
On the London track, the Ford Focus RS 07 will take center stage alongside the Abarth Grande Punto Super 2000, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, the Solution F Touring Car, and the traditional ROC Car.
In the absence of Sébastien Loeb, Sébastien Bourdais and Yvan Muller will defend the French colors in the Nations Cup against England, Scotland, Germany, the USA, Scandinavia, Finland, and Norway.
Start of the duels at 2:00 PM for five hours of entertainment!
