Peter Solberg, who started the day in second place in the Argentine rally, behind Sébastien Loeb, is currently stopped between the ninth and fourteenth kilometer of the stage. A road exit is believed to be the cause of the problem.
This mishap would benefit his teammate Chris Atkinson, who would achieve the best performance of his career, while Dani Sordo would step onto the first podium of the season.
