The Golden Motorsport Honda Team has announced its participation in five events of the 2008 World Touring Car Championship, WTCC.
The Russian team, from Saint Petersburg, will initially take part in the Spanish round on May 18, with two Honda Accord Euro-R cars constructed by JAS Motorsport and managed by the Estonian team Artman Racing.
Alexander Lvov and Andrey Smetsky, who finished first and second in the Russian touring championship in 2007, were the two selected drivers. They had already participated in Anderstop last year.
The team will also travel to four other circuits: Brno (Czech Republic), Oschersleben (Germany), Anderstorp (Netherlands), and Monza (Italy).
