The Hungarian GP continues to please

According to an announcement today, the Hungarian Grand Prix officials have extended their contract to host the race until 2016.

The Hungaroring already has an agreement until 2011, but following discussions over the weekend with Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, a five-year extension has been granted.

On the same occasion, Ecclestone stated that the agreement had been signed with the Hungarian Minister of Sports, Istvan Gyenesei.
