There is life after Super-Aguri…

James Rossiter, former test driver for the now-defunct Super-Aguri team powered by Honda at the time, will participate in the next two races of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) at Road America and Mosport in August.

The 24-year-old Briton will team up with another Super Aguri driver, Frenchman Franck Montagny. They will be on track for the Andretti Green Racing (AGR) team.

« He is a young man with a lot of talent and we are eager to see him on the track here in the United States, » said the team’s co-owner, Michael Andretti, about Rossiter.

As for the main person concerned, he admits: « I am really looking forward to participating in the ALMS and, at the same time, joining the United States. »

I am excited about this new challenge as well as my partnership with Franck. I intend to learn as much as possible. AGR is considered a great team, so I hope we can achieve great things together.
