The legendary rock band, The Who, will be performing at Albert Park during the upcoming Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
The American band, Kiss, had done the same and about 65,000 people stayed to see them. The organizers of the Australian race hope for a participation just as large.
« These are the gods of British rock who appear on the list of the greatest bands of all time, » said the management of the Australian GP through the voice of Zara Lawless.
Pete Townshend from the group added: « This is a special occasion for us. Kiss was present last year and we hope to see even more people next March. »
The person who has a ticket for the Grand Prix will be able to attend the concert at no additional cost.
