Red Bull Racing has reshuffled its team of engineers before the official start of the 2009 season.
The former race and test director, Paul Monaghan, joins the Milton Keynes factory under the title of Head of Automotive Engineering.
« His role will be to integrate the design, performance, and reliability of the car into the performance monitoring, » the team said in an official statement.
Ian Morgan moves from the role of chief test mechanic to director of race engineering so that he can oversee all ground operations, races, and tests.
These changes aim to strengthen the link between the factory and on-track activities.
