Mugello Day 1 – Ferrari Gets Caught by the Rain in Italy

The Ferrari team completed today, Monday, its first day of testing with the new F60 on the Mugello circuit, the Scuderia’s private track, in Italy.

The Italian team had initially planned to go testing in Portimao, Portugal, alongside other teams, but decided to stay in Italy due to poor weather conditions on the Iberian Peninsula.

However, the weather was not better over Mugello, and his first tests were conducted in the rain all day.

It was Kimi Räikkönen who was on track with the F60 for the first time. He completed 54 laps, finishing with a best time of 1:34.430. The team reported no technical issues with the Finn, and he will continue testing tomorrow on the same Italian track.
