Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber delivered a one-two finish for the Red Bull Racing team, strengthening the Red Bull’s position in both championships. It’s therefore satisfaction in the Austrian camp.

And yet it was not a foregone conclusion, as the Spa circuit was not, on paper, the one that should best suit the RB7 designed by Adrian Newey.
« It’s true that historically this is not the track that suits us best, so winning here is a very good result for Red Bull, and we are thrilled to achieve our first victory at Spa-Francorchamps, » added the Red Bull team principal.
This could deliver a blow to the morale of the competition, which had regained some optimism before the summer break.
