Official: Jules Bianchi will not be a starter in 2013
Nicolas Todt, manager of Jules Bianchi, confirmed to our colleagues at RMC that the French driver would not be appointed alongside Paul di Resta in 2013. The Indian team informed Todt of this decision on Tuesday morning. The official announcement of Adrian Sutil's return to Formula 1 is expected in the afternoon. As for Bianchi, his future with Force India is not guaranteed, and discussions are ongoing regarding the third driver position.
