Barcelona Test Schedule (February 28 – March 3, 2013)
Starting today and until Sunday, the last four days of private pre-season testing will take place in Barcelona before the teams and their drivers head to Australia, where the inaugural round of the championship will be held. It's an opportunity for all teams to fine-tune their preparations and test new parts, even though the weather is expected to disrupt the smooth running of the tests.
Third and final week of testing for the drivers and their teams in Barcelona, before the real season begins in just under three weeks in Melbourne.
While the weather, not very mild, should disturb the smooth running of these last tests, the entire lineup is expected to be gathered in Barcelona, including Luiz Razia. The Brazilian had indeed missed the first test session in Barcelona, with Marussia preferring to let Max Chilton drive during the four days, probably while Razia resolved his sponsorship issues. Although some feared that the native of Barreiras would be absent from the tests once again, he should indeed be present as of today.
On the Force India side, after Nicolas Todt acknowledged that Jules Bianchi had not been retained by the Indian team, Adrian Sutil is expected to take the wheel of the VJM06 this week to perfect his preparation even though, for now, only Paul di Resta’s participation on the first day is scheduled.

Update: Contrary to what had been announced, it was finally Max Chilton who took the wheel of the Marussia MR02 on the first day.
