TF1 has chosen its commentary duo
TF1 has announced its commentary duo for the return of F1 on the French channel for four Grand Prix events in 2018, namely those of Monaco, France, Belgium, and Italy.
TF1 will broadcast four Formula 1 Grand Prix this year. A first for the channel since 2013, when broadcasting switched to the pay channel Canal +.
The French channel TF1 had already announced that Jean-Eric Vergne, current leader of the Formula E World Championship and former Formula 1 driver with Toro Rosso, would take on the role of consultant alongside a sports journalist who is yet to be announced.
Today, the channel announced that it would be Adrien Paviot, commentator of Formula E on Eurosport and Nascar on ABMoteur, who will be alongside the French driver.
A team consisting of Marion Jolles Grosjean and Pierre Gallaccio, already present on the iconic Auto-Moto program, will complete the lineup for the big return of Formula 1 on a free French channel.
